Firstly, and most importantly, we hope you are all keeping well in these unprecedented times.

The welfare and safety of our staff, customers and the public is of high importance to First Enviro. As pest management professionals we have a critical role in protecting public health. As such, we have made the decision to remain open.

We are adhering to government guidance and legislation and are listening to the advice given from the NHS and the World Health Organisation.

Travel is only to be implemented when absolutely essential. Therefore, we will be treating all enquires on an individual basis, taking into consideration the nature of the call, the importance factor and the risks involved in conducting any form of treatment. For the safety of everyone and to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus our first approach will be to offer our technical advice and professional knowledge. Then, if required, a treatment will be arranged.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will amend our approach accordingly.
